Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, within the available time slots. We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred time.

d) Timeliness

Fees must be paid as per the terms agreed upon during our discussions (orally or written) Any unnecessary delays, such as failing to provide required documents on time, may result in delays in legal proceedings, additional complications, or penalties.

All payments must be made directly to the founder, of the firm KMS Law Associates. (Advocate & Legal Consultant Manjunatha Gangadharaiah). The payments must be made to his mobile number 9686803238 only via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe. The firm will not be responsible for any incorrect payments made to unauthorized parties.

Legal consultations are to be conducted exclusively with the founder of KMS Law Associates, Mr. Manjunatha G. only.
